RTD-SC4: New Look; Proven Compaction

The RT trench roller with the SC4 remote control provides proven compaction performance with greater serviceability, durability, and a best-in-class operator experience. With greater access to hydraulic components and fewer parts, the RT trench roller offers high reliability and a lower cost of ownership. The intuitive remote control with an LCD display puts the data and controls in the operator's hands, eliminating the need to enter trenches, which enhances worksite safety.

Infrarood-zichtlijn

Persoonlijke alles-in-een-afstandsbediening

  • Alle bedieningselementen voor het opstarten en bedienen van de machine bevinden zich in de handen van de bediener. Hierdoor worden de gevaren die gepaard gaan met het bedienen van verdichtingsapparatuur in een greppel of in de buurt van andere apparatuur, vermeden.
  • Dankzij het verbeterde radiosignaal kan de machine communiceren met de afstandsbediening, die een ledscherm gebruikt waarop de bediener de status van de machine, onderhoudsmeldingen en foutcodes ziet. Dit allemaal ter ondersteuning van de probleemoplossing.

Patent Pending Return to Center

  • The machine will guide itself back to traveling in a straight line, without operator assistance, which is beneficial when working in applications with extended trenches, such as utility work.
  • The operator can turn this function on and off with a push of a button directly on the remote control.

Tip Over Protection

  • If the machine is nearing its tipping angle, the operator will be alerted with a pre-tip notification on the remote control's LED screen. In the event that the machine does tip over, an alarm will be transmitted and the engine will shut down.
  • A two step unlocking process through the remote control protects the machine from engine damage that can occur by being started after tip-over.

Lage onderhoudskosten

Flexible Drum Width

  • Dual section drums offer flexible operating widths, easily converting from 82 cm to 60 cm. Depending on application needs, the design allows for a single machine to operate at two different widths to accommodate varying field conditions or workspace requirements.

On Board Battery Charger

  • An on-board charger helps ensure that the remote control has available power at all times on the jobsite. Two batteries come with the remote control, so that one can be conveniently charging, even while the machine is in use.
  • The LED display on the remote control screen will notify if the second battery is not located in the charger.

Patent Pending Scraper Bar

  • The patent pending internal drum scraper bar loosens any built up debris inside the drum and keeps the drum from seizing up. Once dried, the debris will exit the drum.

Horn and Strobe Beacon

  • With jobsite safety as a priority, the machine is equipped with a strobe beacon and horn to signal to the operator and others that it is ready to use.
  • To minimize the potential of battery draw over an extended amount of time, the strobe beacon will remain on to remind the operator to fully shut down the machine.

Volledig conforme Europese machine

  • Conform met veiligheidsnorm EN474-13.
  • Naast andere standaardvereisten moet de afstandsbediening binnen 30 graden van het horizontale vlak functioneren om de zichtlijn te behouden en zo de veiligheid op de werkplek te garanderen.
