After a year of preparatory integration, the acquisition of Compact Machinery will be officially completed on 1 January 2026. Customers and partners will immediately benefit from a fully unified network and expanded services.
Wacker Neuson confirms the official completion of the previously announced acquisition of Belgian dealer Compact Machinery on 1 January 2026. This step successfully completes the integration process that began last year. Under the motto ‘One Partner. All it takes!’, a strong, fully networked service model is being created that offers long-term benefits to key account customers and dealer partners.
The strong industry network brings Wacker Neuson closer to its customers and means greater regional presence, shorter distances and a uniform service standard.
