Wacker Neuson acquires Compact Machinery B.V.

Carl Codron, Managing Director of Wacker Neuson Belgium, will assume the role of Managing Director. With this step, Wacker Neuson is expanding its compact equipment business in Belgium.

“This acquisition provides us with a welcome opportunity to strengthen our business in Belgium and move even closer to our customers in the Belgian market. At the same time, Wacker Neuson and Compact Machinery customers can look forward to an additional location in our sales network and a wider product portfolio,” explains Carl Codron, Managing Director of Wacker Neuson Belgium. The operations of Compact Machinery B.V. will continue as before. The existing employee base will transfer to Wacker Neuson and thus ensure continuity of customer support and service.

The Belgian Wacker Neuson sales affiliate supports its customers across the Belgian market from its locations and through selected sales partners. Wacker Neuson provides customers with a one-stop service covering everything from advice, rental, and sales of new and used equipment to maintenance and repairs.
