Confined spaces require one thing in particular: a high level of flexibility. This is exactly what the Wacker Neuson WL25 wheel loader offers with its three different operator's cabs. You can choose from a cab a fixed operator's canopy or a fold-down operator's canopy. This way, the machine can be adapted individually to the respective work environment.

EPS folding overhead guard (Easy Protection System)

Compact wheel loaders can be equipped with the fold-down operator's canopy EPS (Easy Protection System). This complies with the current European Machinery Directive according to ROPS and FOPS protection. With a few hand movements, the EPS can be prepared manually for a low clearance height.
EPS increases the flexibility of the machine, as it can even pass through low passages. Also, the application areas of the machine are expanded. In other cases where several machines might have to be used, just one machine can get the work done. At the same time, the operator’s safety remains guaranteed.

100 % connectible differential lock

The connectible 100% differential lock provides maximum traction and thrusting power when needed. It also keeps tire wear low. This increases the efficiency of the machine.
During normal operation the differential lock is deactivated, this provides safety, low wear and, as a result, saves in operating costs.

Efficient change of attachments

Thanks to the hydraulic quickhitch system, attachments can be readily exchanged. In this way, your machine is immediately ready for use again. This increases productivity and profitability.
The hydraulic quick-change system for attachments is standard on all Wacker Neuson wheel loaders.
The good view of the coupling points makes changing attachments very easy. Also, changing over is particularly safe with 2-hand operation when decoupling.

Comfortable working environment

The efficiently designed heating and ventilation system with fan, fresh air filter and well-placed air nozzles keeps the cab in a comfortable working climate.
Sufficient air nozzles are installed depending on the type of cab, which enables good air circulation and makes the working climate pleasant for the operator.

Comfortable and ergonomic operator's seat

The operator’s seat is adjustable, ergonomically formed and well suspended. The optional air-suspended comfort seat provides even more comfortable operation conditions. A heated seat is available for cold temperatures. This increases comfort for the operator allowing them to work with the machine for longer without fatigue.
Depending on the model, different seats are available to match the size of the machine. The various seat adjustment options allow individual settings for the operator, providing optimum comfort.

Easy entry and exit

In just a few steps, the operator can comfortably enter the cab or operator's platform of the machine. This is made possible by the large, non-slip steps and the easy-to-reach handholds. This increases operator safety when getting in and out of the machine.

Depending on the machine, different operator's cabs are available: fixed operator's canopy, fold-down operator's canopy EPS, hydraulically lowerable EPS Plus and different cab versions. Easily accessible machine components.

Regularly lubricating all lubrication points is essential for the correct and effective maintenance and thereby the value retention of the machine. To save time and make work easier, the lubrication points on Wacker Neuson wheel loaders are always in an easily accessible position.
Since the lubrication points are easily accessible, the machine is lubricated more often than if the lubrication points are located in a position that is difficult to access. This in turn increases the longevity of the machine and increases value retention.

Rear hydraulic connections

The machine can be equipped with rear hydraulic connections (single or double-acting). This increases the machine's range of applications because rear hydraulic attachments or tipper trailers can also be operated.
The various rear hydraulic options expand the machine's range of applications and offer more flexibility in use. One machine can be used multifunctionally for different activities, no additional vehicles or machines are needed.
