Emission-free, quiet and powerful – The fully electric mini excavators EZ17e and EZ26e

Durable rechargeable batteries and no need for maintenance

Thanks to intelligent charging management, Wacker Neuson's zero emission mini-excavators can be battery-powered or operate connected to the mains and even be charged during operation. This makes it particularly suitable for environments in which exhaust gases and noise are to be avoided.

Both are powered by the latest lithium-ion technology, which has been used by Wacker Neuson for years and is constantly being further developed. It is characterized by a particularly long service life. The all-electric excavators thus remain ready for use for an entire working day.

The battery can be recharged overnight on the regular mains supply (110-230V, 16A). Quick charging via high voltage is also possible.

Completely emission-free working.

  • No compromises - just as powerful as our diesel mini excavators

  • Batteries of the latest lithium-ion technology installed in the rear

  • Integrated charger - charging at any regular or high voltage power outlet

  • Enough power for an entire working day

  • Extended range of applications: interior, emissions- and noise-restricted areas such as inner cities and residential areas

  • Zero tail excavator without rear overhang for working close to walls and other restrictions

Working without space problems or restrictions

Both mini excavators are also zero tail excavators, designed without rear overhang. Thus, the operator does not need to worry that he will damage the machine or the surroundings while working near the walls or in confined spaces. The rear of the electric excavator never reaches beyond the undercarriage.

This makes the EZ17e and the EZ26e ideal for use in tunneling, demolition and renovation work in narrow spaces or for interior restorations: here a powerful machine with compact dimensions is required, which can be operated without exhaust emissions.

All hydraulic functions have the same performance level as the conventional model. The battery is integrated in the existing engine compartment. The weight is almost identical to the diesel version, so the machines can also be easily transported on a trailer.

„An immense advantage of the use of electric drives is the freedom from maintenance, which reduces service time and costs and ensures maximum machine availability.“
